Stacey's yoga space

presents online

4 Week

prenatal yoga

course

This 4 week online course

will be hosted on Zoom,

each class will be 45 minutes of yoga

specially curated

to support and nurture mothers-to-be.

These pregnancy yoga classes will nurtrue and support your body and mind throughout your pregnancy. We'll move and flow in a safe and supportive way that will help ease the physical body from the aches and changes our bodies go through growing our babies.  Our physical practice will help us connect to your breath and your baby-to-be, you'll learn breathing techniques that can help you relax and prepare for labour and positions that can encourage baby into the optimal position for birth.

We'll also build strength, safely activating our core and stabilising the pelvis with pelvic floor and glute work which will help keep you strong for birth and aid your postnatal recovery.

We'll also take time to connect with ourselves,  honouring the journey our bodies and minds are going through as we adjust to becoming a mother (or a mother of 2 or more!) .

Leaving you feeling restored and supported in your journey

 through pregnancy.

“Stacey is knowledgeable, helpful and thorough; she is friendly, warm and her pregnancy sessions are really relaxing. During pregnancy I was getting backache, Stacey was able to suggest lots of different moves and positions which I have been using at home and have really helped. Really fantastic pregnancy classes!”
